Prysmian has created special skill mapping and performance and potential assessment systems enabling it to pick out its KEY PEOPLE, i.e. the people capable of piloting changes, achieving strategic goals and holding key positions thanks to their ability, commitment and aspirations.

Prysmian also invests in TALENT, building relationships based on reciprocal commitment, with the ad hoc creation of schemes aimed at nurturing awareness and responsibility in the fulfilment of aspirations and the development of individual.
